Anderson Power Products SB Connectors for quick connect & disconnect applications.

A must for portable and back-up systems.

Anderson / SMH SB (storage battery) connector :

UL rated at 600 volts DC or AC.

Anderson / SMH SB connectors - used for years on battery powered vehicles and

forklifts.

You can use them to make quick disconnects on battery or inverter

cables as well as portable power systems.

They are often used on vehicle winches.

These are approved for "Hot Plug" of battery power.

Two connectors of the same size are required to mate together.

The 50 amp version is ideal for PV arrays and small motors.

The 175 and 350 amp units are used on battery and inverter cables.

The silver plated contacts may be either crimped or soldered.

They are also self-cleaning and are rated at up to

10,000 connect/disconnect cycles.

SB connectors are made in a number of colors such as:

grey, red and blue - we only stock the grey connectors.

Please note that different color connectors can not be

mated together.

These are also available with FUSION contacts - the solder and flux

are in the terminal - you just supply the heat.

When using the Fusion contacts in a UL listed system, cable clamps

are required.

We use these in our portable power systems.

Please order two of the same size for a single complete connection.

One handy application of these is to attach one to your power source and

have one on each load.

This way you can do away with wrenches every time you want to hook up

a load to you battery system or take down a portable PV or power system

for transportation.
