66 Cable Lugs - Magna Lug Heavy Duty & Fusion by QuickCable
Everything priced on this page is in stock, we ship
Monday through Friday.
MagnaLugs are made in the U.S.A.
Quick Cable MagnaLug for connecting battery or
power cables to batteries and inverters as well as
charge controllers and other high amp draw devices.
The Magna Lug cable lugs / ring terminals on these pages are well
suited for alternative energy, emergency and backup power systems
as well as heavy duty truck & locomotive service.
Magna Lugs have greater contact area than conventional lugs.
This makes for lower power losses at the connections.
The standard Magna Lugs on this page can be crimped, soldered
As we no longer handle
QuickCable lugs, these images
and this information is being
kept here for reference

The Fusion MagnaLug must be soldered (using the built-in solder
and flux) with a torch.
This is very easy to do, instructions are included.
You can use the following link to see QuickCable's video on installing
Magna Lugs, heavy duty lugs with a thicker and wider tab than standard lugs.
These offer greater contact and less resistance also.
A good choice for high amperage draw circuits such as with an inverter.
The Magna Lugs have a 3/8" or 1/2" hole in the tab, except for the elbow models
which have a 3/8" hole.
We stock them in straight, 45 degree and 90 degree angles as well as the
The angle versions are very helpful in confined spaces.
The standard Magna Lugs (non-Fusion type) can be either crimped on or soldered.
Magna Lugs are UL Listed when hex crimped.
Magna Lug FUSION SOLDER lugs.
We also offer these in the Magna Lug FUSION
version which has its own solder and flux built-in.
Just heat the lug until the solder melts, press in the cable and
hold in place until cool.
Some people prefer these.
They are NOT UL Listed.
These are limited to stock on hand.
A) Magna Lug for 1 & 2 ga. cable with 5/16" hole
B) Magna Lug for 1 & 2 ga. cable with 3/8" hole
( ML - 1 & 2 ) ( QuickCable # 6401E and 6401F )
B) Magna Lug FUSION for 1 & 2 ga. cable with 3/8" hole
( MLF - 1 & 2 ) ( QuickCable # 141126 )
D) Magna Lug for 2/0 cable - for 3/8" hole
( ML - 2/0 ) ( QuickCable # 6420F )
E) Magna Lug FUSION for 2/0 cable - 5/16" terminal hole
( MLF - 2/0 ) ( QuickCable # 141118 )
F) Magna Lug FUSION for 4/0 cable - 5/16" or 3/8" terminal hole
The Quickcable part # for the 5/16" is 141120 and for the 3/8" is 141130
The 45 and 90 degree Magna Lugs allow cables to easily cross over the tops
of batteries as well as to come straight off of an inverter along a wall. The
elbows allow the cables on batteries to stay inside the battery profile when
running from battery to battery.

A) Magna Lug 45 or 90 deg. angle for 1 to 2 ga. cable - 3/8" hole
( ML ANGLE - 1/2 GA )
C) Magna Lug 90 deg. angle for 2/0 cable - 3/8" hole
( 6420 FL )
Magna Lug 45 deg. angle for 2/0 cable - 3/8" hole
( 6420 FV )
Magna Lug 45 deg. angle for 4/0 cable - 3/8" hole
